ANOTHER Schedule Change

Hey everyone,

I am really sorry about all these changes, it seems every day this week I've gotten a call or email from a coach telling me they need to cancel or reschedule...Frustration!

Williamstown's coach just let me know that we will NOT be playing a JV game following the Varsity game on May 8th. JV players are still welcome to attend the game, but they are not required to attend.

Sorry for the continual changes!

Also - I've scheduled team pictures that morning, but realized that it's the DC trip for several 8th graders. I'm currently attempting to reschedule, but can't promise anything. I will let everyone know for sure ASAP.

***Sweats Update***

We are still working with Egleston to get the sweatpants in, even though they were promised last week. However, since we received gray ones instead of black ones in the first place, they are available for purchase for $28.00. If you would like to buy a pair, please let Amy Hall know at awhall@fuse.net. You can give the check to one of the coaches.

Reminder that the bus leaves at 4pm tomorrow. Varsity girls MUST ride the bus.

Directions to Cooper

Take 75S to exit 180 (US-42) toward Union/Florence.

Turn right at US-127S/US-42W.

Turn right at Old Union Road

Take the 2nd right onto Orleans Blvd.

At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Orleans Blvd.

Turn left at Longbranch Road. The school is on the left.

I'm still working on where exactly the softball field is in relation to the school, but I'll let everyone know as soon as I find out.

Another Schedule Change

Villa Madonna just cancelled our game next week due to a conflict within their district. It will NOT be rescheduled.

THURSDAY LOCATION CHANGE

Hey Everyone-

The game with St. Henry had to be cancelled due to the "All 'A' Classic." However, we have scheduled a game with Cooper.

Same time, same uniforms and we will still have a bus leaving at 4:00 instead of 4:15.

NCC's "All A Tournament" game got postponed from yesterday, so they have to play it today. We will try to reschedule. Practice will be as follows (same as yesterday):

JV 5:30-6:30 in small gym.

JV TOURNAMENT UPDATE

Hey everyone, I just received an email from Boone's coach regarding the tournament tomorrow. They have pushed the times back a little bit in hopes that we can play in the window where the rain is supposed to hold up (I think this may work better for those of you that had morning commitments anyway).

The new schedule is:

Conner v. Boone 12:30pm
Highlands v. Mason 2:00pm
Conner v. Highlands 3:30pm
Boone v. Mason Co. 5pm

He said we will play the ENTIRE game with no time limit so that the girls can get a full 7 innings in, so some of the games might run late.

The girls need to be at school at 12:30pm now rather than 11am.

April 23rd - Friday

NO JV or VARSITY practice on Friday.

Mandatory varsity meeting after school at 3pm in the locker room by the small gym (that means varsity only and jv/varsity players).
